Vavuniya Public Library is the Information Center of Vavuniya UC. It is situated in the center of all District of Sri Lanka and performs as a knowledge hub and the stepping stone of the general public of this area, This Library is situated in the center of the city with a surrounding of a wonderful natural beauty. It includes 45000 peoples and 16 leading schools and contained 41522 books. It is significant to state that more than 300 readers use this Library per day.
